To the supporters and the deniers of the Pakistani war crimes,
here is an explanation why the Bangladeshi people who were killed by the Pakistani criminals were martyrs:
Narratted Sa'ad Ibn Zaid (may Allah be
pleased with him) that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, "A person who gets killed protecting his(/her) property
is a martyr." Authenticated by Imam Tirmidhi as sound hadith.
The following hadiths apply to the Pakistani criminals
and their local collaborators:
"Oh you who believe, stand up firmly for
justice, as witness to God, even if it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be against rich
or poor; for God best protect both. Do not allow any passion, lest you not be just. And if you distort or decline to do justice,
verily God is well-acquainted with all that you do."(Quran 4:135)
If anyone walks with an oppressor to strengthen,
knowing that he is an oppressor, he has gone forth from Islam. (Baihaqi).
All things of a Muslim are
sacred and to be honoured by other Muslims. His life, property and honour must be respected. (Muslim)
Abu
Bakr Siddique (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "A Muslim who harms
another Muslim and deceives him, is accursed." (Tirmidhi)
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) once said to his companions:
"Do you know who will go first on the Day of Resurrection to the shade of God? (It will be) those who when given what is right
accept it, when asked for something give freely and who judge in favor of others as they do for themselves." (Tirmidhi)
Qoutes From Against Our
Will : Men, Women and Rape (this link is at the bottom and the others are on
the left side)
Eighty percent of the raped women were Moslems. (which shows that the Pakistani Military junta was engaged in an ugly ethnic cleansing of the local Bengali
population regardless of their religion: My Comment)
According to victims, Biharis who collaborated with the
Pakistani Army - the hireling razakars - were the most enthusiastic rapists.
Thousands of the raped women had become pregnant.
Many chose abortion and suicides.
The most serious crisis was pregnancy. Accurate statistics
on the number of raped women who found themselves with a child were difficult to determine but 25,000 is the generally accepted
figure.
Pakistani soldiers had not only violated Bengali women on
the spot; they abducted tens of hundreds and held them by force in their military barracks for nightly use. The women were
kept naked to prevent their escape. In some camps, pornographic movies were shown to the soldiers.
The rapes were so systematic and pervasive that they had
to be conscious army policy, "planned by the West Pakistanis in a deliberate effort to create a new race" or to dilute Bengali
nationalism.
Cartoon picture of the greatest Bangladeshi war criminal
Golam Azam with neo-rajakar Nazmul Huda. Golam Azam (literally means "Great Servant or Slave", aptly named considering
his lifelong service to his masters, the Pakistanis) is the chief planner of many murders and rapes in
1971 war. During the war he termed the numerous rapes of Bangali married and unmarried women by the Pakistanis and their
supporters as "Muta Marriages" (temporary marriages which are banned in traditional
Islam) through self-styled religious edict (fatwa). He is not only very unrepentant of his and his party's
war crime roles, but also very proud of it. Not many years ago he arrogantly made a remark "Ekattore bhul kori
nai" (Did not make any mistake in 71). His party, the banned Jamaat-e-Islami (a political party based on Pakistani scholar Moududi’s twisted religious teachings),
and other 'anti-liberation' entities which took part in the 1971 genocide were given license to operate in 1978, thanks to
Dictator General Ziaur Rahman, the founder of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).
Thousands of hardcore war criminals were in the prison before the
murder of Bangabandhu, and Zia's ascension to power. Many people think Bangabandhu forgave all the war criminals. It was totally
untrue. The greatest criminal Golam Ajam had to take shelter in Pakistan. The other big criminals like Moilana Matiur Rahman
Nijami and Ali Ahsan Mujahid were either rotting in the prison or took shelter in Pakistan, the safehaven of 1971 war criminals
and 1975 murderers. It was Dictator Zia who set all the hardcore war criminals FREE. He even brought Golam Ajam back from Pakistan. By freeing and bringing back the war criminals, and by
rewarding the August 15th and November 3rd Dhaka Central Jail murderers, Zia proved that he was the greatest of all Mir Jafars (meaning the greatest betrayer) in the world. Zia also proved that he was actively
involved or behind-the-scene plotter in both of those heinous murder cases (Aug 15 and Nov 3, 1975). Had he not been
involved, he would have taken some punitive action against those murderers. Instead Zia promoted them and gave all of
them very lucrative foreign service jobs (hint hint). The notorious and shameful indemnity bill was passed in parliament during
Zia's rule which made it impossible to legally prosecute all those murders. Khuni (murderer) Zia
was his appropriate title. But unfortunately a large segment of people in Bangladesh revere him with high respect. This
is a shameful legacy of some Bangladeshi Muslims and unfortunately, many of whom are very well-educated and religious.
"A band of Pakistani occupation army attacked a house and
killed one but all the members of the family. The only young girl of the family was kept alive for rape. The girl begged for
mercy; frightened to death she cried out and said is a Muslim woman and the soldiers are also Muslim. How come Muslim men
can rape a Muslim woman? .....At last, as a last resort, she put the holy Koran on the bed, next to her and said, they have
to step on the Koran to rape her. The bastards kicked the Koran out of the bed and group raped her...." (Mr. Alamder Raja,
the last commissioner of Pakistan)
Criminial Moulana(?) Mannan was made minister by both Dictator Zia and Dictator Ershad. This
criminal used to own "The Daily Inqilab" which was no. 1 pro-war-criminal and anti-liberation daily newspaper in Bangladesh.
It was the second most circulated daily in the country. It used to get the most government advertisement
from pro-Pakistani BNP government. In a strange twist after his death, his son,
the current editor of the daily, took 180 degree turn and made Inqilab in line with other mainstream pro-independence papers.
Inqilab is now very vocal against war criminal Jama'at-Shibir and their movement, and BNP's 2001-2006 mega corruption.
